Drawing Competition - Terms & Conditions

• Only the drawing sheet provided by the organizers will be allowed. Participants must bring their own drawing and coloring materials.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from writing their name, school name, or any identifying mark on the drawing sheet.
• Each sheet will carry a unique code. Identity will be tracked through this code only, ensuring fair judgment.
• Any sheet carrying identifiable text or symbols will be disqualified from evaluation.
• The use of tracing paper, printed images, or stickers is not allowed. All artwork must be hand-drawn on the spot.
• Students must complete their artwork within the allotted competition time at the venue.
• There will be different groups based on the participants' class standards. Themes may differ group-wise and will be informed beforehand or at the venue.
• All decisions made by the panel of judges will be final and binding. No disputes or re-evaluations will be entertained.
• Selected artworks may be used by the organizers for exhibitions, promotional material, or social media with due acknowledgment.
• Participants or guardians must ensure the participant behaves in a disciplined manner. Any misconduct may lead to disqualification.
• Participation certificates will be given to all students. Prizes will be awarded to top entries as per judge recommendations.
• By participating, all participants and their guardians agree to abide by these terms and allow the organizer to use photos or videos taken during the event for non-commercial purposes.
